The Special Cabinet Committee on Anti-Corruption (JKKMAR) in its meeting chaired by the Prime Minister, YAB Tan Sri Dato’ Haji Muhyiddin bin Haji Mohd. Yassin, on 25 June 2020 has decided that all ministries and government agencies responsible for issuing licenses and permits must publish guidelines which should be made available online for public information. JKKMAR has also mandated Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC), who is also the Secretariat for PEMUDAH to assist in ensuring the comprehensive implementation of the initiative at the federal and state government levels.

MPC has launched the Malaysian Licensing Guidelines (MyGP) website to compile all business licensing guidelines specifically to the business community in order to establish a strong and effective mechanism in the permit and license issuance process.
